Vinyasa Yoga & Breathwork
This class will begin with several rounds of Sun Salutations where the breath will be a key component as it leads every movement. Emphasis will also be placed on practicing will total awareness moving through the postures without identification to the ego to reap the full benefits of the session. Next there will be some simple yet challenging strengthening postures. Variations will be given for all levels of practitioners, however it is advised to have some yoga experience. The class will conclude with some Pranayama (Breathwork exercises) to fire up the parasympathetic nervous system so you feel light, calm yet energized all at the same time - allowing the body to recalibrate naturally.
